After 20 years of working as a human resources practitioner, and part-time consultant, Jennifer Caseley is now offering full-time HR Support, Consultancy and Advisory Services through Caseley Consulting.
Life is all about the journey and the journey has gone from the East Coast of Canada to Nunavut ending in Alberta. My career has spanned a variety of businesses from unionized provincial/territorial governments to not-for-profits, national and international companies and start up oil and gas companies.
In 2011 I received my Chartered Professional in Human Resources designation, (CPHR), and have volunteered with CPHR as a mentor, sat on the volunteer committee for events and was a guest speaker for the Grande Prairie chapter of CPHR Alberta. Originally walking out of university with a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics, I continued my education and received a Master of Education in Adult Learning, my Bookkeeper certification and finally my Professional Home Ecologist designation. I am also a Commissioner of Oaths for Alberta.
One of my passions is teaching others about Human Resources and for the past 5 years I have been found walking the hallways of Grande Prairie Regional College’s Continuing Education department teaching a variety of courses related to Human Resources. Two or 250 students makes no difference to me, I enjoy introducing my passion and knowledge of Human Resources to others.
